I’m Lauren A. Morrone, the founder, interior stylist, and DIY enthusiast behind Decor Snug. I live in California with my partner and our very spoiled golden retriever, Sunny.

My Journey
Born and raised in the Midwest, I settled in sunny California after graduating with my B.A. in Interior Design.
Just a year after launching Decor Snug in 2019 as a creative outlet, I left my full-time junior design job to build Decor Snug into the business you see today. I’ve written, photographed, and published hundreds of from-scratch styling guides, budget DIYs, and room makeovers.
Over the years, I’ve cultivated a reputation for meticulous planning, ensuring that every project you try is broken down into simple, actionable steps. Each guide includes clear instructions and helpful styling tips, because I want you to feel confident and be successful, whether you’re decorating your first apartment or renovating your forever home.
